The On-site Management Office is CLOSED temporarily due to flooding. On Sunday, January 7, 2018, the office experienced flooding caused by frozen water pipes located adjacent to the buildings front entrance exterior wall. The office will re-open as soon as possible. We will update residents as the restoration work progresses.
A number of resident issues can be managed through on-line tools such as Alta at Regency Crest's (ARC) Resident Portal i.e., account information and work requests, staff contact options as well as the property website [www.altaatregencycrest.com] has property information, application process and staff contact option information. We encourage you to use these easy to access tools as a first line option-the office phone lines are also inoperable. During regular business hours on-site staff are available via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com and in-person at a temporary make-shift office located in the Game Room [effective Tuesday, January 9, 2018]. For emergencies we ask you call the Maintenance Departments Emergency Line at 410-418-4666 and select the Maintenance Department option for after-hours assistance. Other written correspondence should be left in the resident drop-box located in the common area hallway near the lobby restrooms. The drop-box will continue to be checked daily.
Please hold-off submitting non-essential service requests such as requests for replacement bulbs, personal "honey-do list" items for the Maintenance team and alike during the restoration/recovery process. We need all hands- on deck to deal with the emergency. The staff needs adequate time and resources to deal with the issues at hand. Rest assured every effort is being made to get the office reopened as expeditiously as possible.
Personal packages shall be delivered via the courier (UPS, Fed Ex, etc.) to your front door as the office is temporarily closed and we have no way to monitor mail delivery. Please schedule your deliveries accordingly. Also, as always, please let your visitors know they cannot rely on us to let them in the building. Please be prepared to let them in with the call-box or by meeting them at the door. If you are not comfortable with the call-box, please see Sam or Eve.
